First Semester Highlights
- Online registration for returning students begins on Monday, 12th August 2024.
- Dates for fresh student registration (first and second batches) will be announced shortly.
- Lectures start on Monday, 28th October 2024.
- Registration deadline for all students is Sunday, 24th November 2024.
- The move-in date for residence halls will be confirmed by the DSA.
- Dates for the freshers’ orientation and matriculation ceremonies will be communicated.
- Course editing runs from Monday, 9th December to Sunday, 22nd December 2024.
- The Christmas and New Year break will be from Monday, 23rd December 2024 to Sunday, 5th January 2025.
- Lectures resume on Monday, 6th January 2025.
- The convocation lecture is scheduled for Monday, 13th January 2025, with the convocation ceremonies from Tuesday, 14th to Thursday, 16th January 2025.
- Lectures conclude on Friday, 14th February 2025.
- A lecture-free week and GST exams will take place between Monday, 17th February and Friday, 21st February 2025.
- Undergraduate exams for all faculties will be held from Monday, 24th February to Saturday, 8th March 2025.
- Faculty of Education core exams will follow from Monday, 10th March to Saturday, 15th March 2025.
- The first semester ends on Saturday, 15th March 2025, and registration for the second semester will begin the same day.
- The first semester break is scheduled from Monday, 17th March to Friday, 28th March 2025.
- BCOS result consideration will start on Tuesday, 15th April 2025.
- The senate meeting to approve results will be held on Wednesday, 28th May 2025.

- A lecture-free week and GST exams will run from Monday, 7th July to Friday, 11th July 2025.
- Undergraduate exams will be held from Monday, 14th July to Saturday, 26th July 2025.
- Faculty of Education core exams will take place between Monday, 28th July and Saturday, 2nd August 2025.
- The second semester ends on Saturday, 2nd August 2025, with registration for the 2025/2026 session opening on the same day.
- BCOS result consideration will begin on Thursday, 2nd September 2025.
- The DLI residential programme will run from Monday, 8th August to Saturday, 13th September 2025.
