Resumption Date and Schedule
For convenience, the resumption is staggered over two days:
Tuesday, 15th October 2024

Important Resumption Procedures
Upon arrival at Babcock University, students must follow these key steps:
- Accommodation: Proceed directly to your assigned hall of residence.
- Proof of Payment: Present your fee payment receipt before accessing your room.
- Fee Requirement: Only students who have completed their fee payment will be allowed on campus.
- Fee Details: The school fee structure is available on the official Babcock University website.
Payment Process for Fresh Students
To finalize your resumption process, follow these simple steps for payment:
- Click “Next” on the congratulatory message screen.
- Upload your JAMB admission letter by selecting “drag and drop files or browse”.
- After uploading, click “make payment” to pay your acceptance fee.
- Download and print your acceptance fee receipt.
- To pay the remaining school fees, select “make additional payment” from the menu.
- After completing the payments, fill out the acceptance form by clicking “acceptance form” in the menu.
Final Admission Process for Last Batch Applicants
For candidates still awaiting final admission, the process is ongoing. Once you receive confirmation from JAMB, you’ll need to accept your admission and prepare for immediate resumption.
Permitted Items for Campus Life
For a comfortable stay, students are allowed to bring the following items:
- Bedding: Bed sheet sets, pillowcases, mattress covers with zippers.
- Clothing: Corporate attire in both African and English styles. Men are to bring shirts and trousers, while women must bring skirts that are at least 3 inches below the knee.
- Essentials: Laptop, laundry bag, towels, soap, toiletries, study lamp, and an electric kettle.
- Other Items: Flashlight, pressing iron, and alarm clock.
Prohibited Items on Campus
To avoid any issues, ensure you don’t bring the following items:
- Clothing: Jeans, short skirts, female trousers, clothes with low necklines, tight-fitting attire, jewelry, or colored makeup.
- Revealing Clothing: Outfits that expose the midriff or upper body.
- Banned Items: Cooking utensils, personal furniture, candles, weapons, knives, and boiling rings.
- Hazardous Items: Bottles, bleach, other chemicals, bushy hair, or beards.
